We use Amazon's secure, integrated Checkout by Amazon payment facility. This enables current Amazon customers to use their shipping addresses and payment information linked to their Amazon.com account.

If you are not an Amazon customer or do not wish to purchase this way please email us on info@victoriachartcompany.com - we are happy to organize a payment request through Paypal or alternative method.

Shipping and Refunds:

We use Fulfilled By Amazon they handle all the shipping and customer service for all our orders. This way you are assured to receive customer service you are familiar with 24 hours a day.
