Actions speak louder than words. Almost everyone has heard this expression but how you may ask does it relate to you and your family? We know that children learn from their parents; they are watching your every move and will imitate your actions – verbal and non-verbal.

You are a role model for your child – being consistent at home in your role as parent, provider, rule enforcer and protector will help your child to develop healthy habits at home.
