Healthy Snacks for Kids on the Go
Three meals a day is essential for growing minds and bodies, snacks are a regular occurrence on a toddler’s daily menu. It is important to choose foods that are high in protein, and packed with goodness to keep blood stable and therefor avoiding self inflicted tantrums!
