Help is on hand for Picky Eaters!
If you have a picky eater at home we have some ideas for you. I have a little experience in this area; my son would eat celery, pasta, bacon and cucumber. This went on for a few years (felt like an eternity) but eventually he expanded his diet and now eats pretty much everything!

Many parents (myself included) worry about what their children eat — and more importantly if they are a picky eater, don’t eat. However, most kids get plenty of variety and nutrition in their diets over the course of a week. Until your child’s food preferences mature, consider these tips for preventing mealtime battles.
- Don’t force a child to eat – this could easily develop into a power struggle.
- Prepare small portions not to overload your child.
- Make meal times fun.
- If your child has a limited diet, don’t fuss over it – it will probably change at some point!
- Don’t offer a dessert as a reward.
